During our 30+ combined years in the travel industry we have become familiar with the ups and downs of business, and the cycles of global challenges including terrorism, financial crashes, fires, floods, drought, and epidemics such as Ebola and Zika. However this pandemic is undoubtedly like nothing we have seen before. Difficult times allow one a privileged insight into the people one is surrounded by and with regards to this we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our staff, guests, agents and suppliers for their support – we are all in this together.
It is with a heavy heart and in consultation with our guests that we are in the process of postponing our tours that have been affected by COVID-19. We would like to thank those of our guests who rather than cancel their travel plans have “changed the date” and our many suppliers who have allowed us the flexibility to do this.
We want to give our guests the confidence to book, knowing that if you do, we will give you the flexibility to change or cancel your travel dates if you wish and without penalty. We are in negotiations with our suppliers to waive cancellation fees or allow rescheduling of bookings at previously booked prices, should the need arise. Our team will happily discuss the latest updates and options available to you.
Fortified by the solidarity shown by our community we continue to dream that through sustainable ecotourism we can help conserve wildlife on this planet. We are looking forward to bouncing back when we feel it is responsible to travel. If you want to start planning now, we are here with open arms – we are all going to need some time in nature to restore and re-boot once this is over.
Please do take care of yourselves and each other and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are always here to talk and you can reach us by email or phone.
